Speaking at a public gathering in Salem, Mr. Modi claimed that the Congress party and the DMK were two sides of the same coin because they both supported family power and corruption. The growth of 5G technology has only occurred after sending the Congress home. However, he added, "the fifth generation [of the DMK] is rising to power in Tamil Nadu."
Like he did earlier this month, Mr. Modi asserted that while the Centre was giving Tamil Nadu funds for development projects, the DMK administration was attempting to embezzle these funds.
