SIT will detain JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna upon his arrival in India on May 31. Revanna is accused of sexual assault. On May 31, at 1:30 am, his business-class flight from Munich to Bengaluru is scheduled to land at the airport in Bengaluru.
Case of sexual molestation by Prajwal Revanna: On May 31, JD(S) suspended Karnataka's Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, who is expected to arrive in India. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) will detain the suspended MP upon their arrival on Friday, according to information released by Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara on Thursday.

Prajwal Revanna reportedly reserved a business-class seat on Lufthansa's Munich-Bengaluru route. On May 31, the aircraft is scheduled to touch down at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport at 1:30 a.m.

When Prajwal lands in India, what happens?
When Prajwal Revanna lands on May 31, a team from the SIT will camp out at Kempegowda International Airport and take him into custody.

The grandson of former Indian Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda will be detained by immigration officials in accordance with protocol and turned over to the SIT because he is the subject of an active search warrant.
Prajwal Revanna's diplomatic passport has been revoked by the government, according to information released by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
The passport bearer received a show cause notice on May 23 and has 10 working days to reply to it. MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated, "We are awaiting a response and will take further action in accordance with the rules."

What occurs if Prajwal Revanna doesn't show up again?
The Karnataka Home Minister stated that Prajwal Revanna's passport will be revoked if he does not arrive in India by May 31.

Minister G Parameshwara has stated unequivocally that Prajwal Revanna will be arrested upon his return, and the entire legal system will be activated.

The Karnataka minister gave an explanation to the media, saying, "A warrant has been issued against him in accordance with the law." The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is in charge of carrying out this warrant."

"In the video statement, Prajwal himself stated that he, not us, will appear before SIT on May 31 at 10 a.m. Thus, in my opinion, he will arrive," the minister continued.

The Karnataka administration would ask the Indian government to revoke JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna's passport if he does not travel to India. The state government is unable to seek Interpol directly; instead, we must go through Government of India agencies, thus we will make the request through the CBI once more, he stated.

Recently, after the accused of sexual abuse from Hungary uploaded a video, Interpol filed a Blue Corner warning on Prajwal Revanna.
