Prashant Kishor, a political strategist, has made fun of the Congress party by claiming that it is nonexistent in Bihar. He asserted that the state has no realistic way to see Congress. Kishor's remarks were made on the same day when Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi staged several demonstrations in various regions of Bihar.

"I'm in Bihar, and I'm walking the padayatra here. Regarding Congress, which they ask me to respond to in the context of Congress, I did not observe Congress in any of the Bihar villages. I have spent the last seventeen months practicing padayatra. In response to a query from reporters, Kishor stated, "I did not see Congress anywhere, nor did I see a Congress flag, nor any worker, nor any programme."

This time, the Congress is allied with five other parties in Bihar including the RJD, which is led by Tejashwi Yadav. The grand old party is running for nine seats, RJD for 23, and the remaining seats have been given to other parties in accordance with the seat-sharing agreement.

Congress is a significant political party, hence Kishor stated it is beneficial for them if they are working in Bihar. He did add, though, "I can't see any presence of Congress in Bihar." Regarding RJD, he stated that Tejashwi Yadav and Jagdanand Singh bear the party's responsibilities. Only members of RJD are aware of the motivations behind their jobs. Congress alone is qualified to discuss their plans for Bihar.

In a recent interview with India Today, he predicted that Jan Suraaj would win the Bihar elections in 2025.

Speaking at a rally in Bihar, Rahul Gandhi asserted that Modi will not become prime minister since the INDIA bloc's wave is clearly visible in both Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Gandhi predicted that the INDIA alliance would win all 40 of Bihar's Lok Sabha seats.

The head of the Congress party also poked fun at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Parmatma" statement made at three separate election rallies in Bihar.

Gandhi remarked, "The Prime Minister claims that Parmatma makes the decisions, not him. He claims that he is a messenger for Parmatma rather than being biological. Do you know why he brought up the story of Parmatma? Because he will claim that he doesn't know anything about Adani and that Parmatma asked him to do so when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) questions him about it after the elections.
